Grantify's Application Review Process
The application review process ensures your submission is complete, consistent, and ready for official submission. This process is structured into multiple stages so you know when you can edit, what to expect, and when your application is ready.
How the Application Review Process Works
The review process consists of four main stages:
1. Initial Platform Review
Once you've completed answer all questions on the platform and you hit submit button:
Our review team begins your application review. Your application remains locked during this period to ensure that our team is reviewing the exact version of the answers you provided. This prevents any version conflicts and ensures a fair, consistent assessment of your submission.
Any questions that require updates include feedback provided through comments option for your reference.
The platform progress bar may temporarily decrease as your submission is assessed.
The platform review usually takes 3 working days.
2. Client Edits
Once your platform submission is returned:
You will receive an email notification like following when your application is ready for your platform edits.
Your application is now unlocked so that you can re-access your application to make updates based on reviewer feedback.
Before making any changes, we recommend scheduling a call with your Funding Advisor to discuss their comments on your application and receive guidance on how best to address them. It would also be helpful to go through the feedback beforehand to make the discussion as productive as possible.
Following the call, apply the suggested changes before submitting your updated application for final review.
3. Final Review
Once you submit your updated application, it will move to the Final Review stage.
This stage is more comprehensive than the initial platform review and involves several internal steps completed by our team.
During this process:
Your application is compiled into a Word document format.
Our team conducts proofreading and consistency checks across all sections.
Reviewers provide final feedback and suggestions for improvement.
A quality control check is completed to ensure the application meets our internal standards.
The Final Review process typically takes around 5 working days.
4. Final Client Edits
Once the Final Review is complete:
You will receive an email notification like following confirming that your review has been completed.
You may also receive additional comments or suggestions to further improve your application.
All review files, including the following, will be uploaded to the Grantify platform for you to download:
Your compiled application document with final review feedback.
Any appendices or supporting files
If you need any further assistance with your feedback or support with submitting your application to the funding body, you may book a call with your Funding Advisor.
After you implement the suggested improvements, your application will be ready for official submission.
