What is Read-only Access and When Should You Use It?
Read-only access allows you to view your Grantify application without making any changes. This is typically used when your application is in final review or has been marked as complete, and you would like to:
- Review platform questions, guidance, sample answers, Grantify Feedback or your final answers submitted
- Use your application as a reference
- Share updates internally without risking edits
This mode is designed to give you visibility while keeping your submitted content unchanged.
How to Request Read-only Access
Simply email support@grantify.io and ask for Read-only Access. Our team will enable it for you. Access can be granted for up to 10 days, after which you will automatically be locked out.
Using Read-only Access
Once enabled, you’ll see a “View in read-only mode” button in your dashboard. Clicking it lets you explore your application safely, without changing anything.

Q: How long can I access Read-only Mode?

No. Once submitted, editing is disabled so our team reviews the exact responses you provided. Any updates after final review are made directly on the application document, not in the platform.
Q: Can I leave comments or flag questions?
A: No. Both features are disabled in Read-only Mode.
